Let  x  be your present age.

Then your age after  4  years is  x+4,  and your age  3  years before is  x-3.

The condition says that

x = 4*((x+4) - (x-3)) = 4*(x + 4 -x + 3) = 4*7 = 28.

Answer.  28 years.
