L=lilian
R=7+L
In ten yrs time,
R=L+17,
Lilian=10
Then,
L+17+10=51
L+27=51
L=51-27
L=24yrs
Also
R=L+17
R=24+17
R=41yrs
Rechard is 41yrs now
