a = 3s-2
a+6 = 2(s+6)
------
Substitute for "a" and solve for "s"::
3s-2+6 = 2s+12
----
3s+4 = 2s+12
s = 8 yrs (sarah's age now)

Solve for "a":
a = 3s-2
a = 3*8-2
a = 22 yrs (aaron's age now)
