There are many answers:

Ket is 8 and Ashley is 2.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 1, and
Ashley is now 2. And 2 is twice older than 1.

Ket is 9 and Ashley is 4.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 2, and
Ashley is now 4. And 4 is twice older than 2.

Ket is 10 and Ashley is 6.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 3, and
Ashley is now 6. And 6 is twice older than 3.

Ket is 14 and Ashley is also 14.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 7, and Ashley is now 14. And 14 is twice older than 7.

Ket is 30 and Ashley is 46.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 23, and
Ashley is now 46. And 46 is twice older than 23.

Ket is 42 and Ashley is 70.  That is correct because 7 years ago Ket was 35, and
Ashley is now 70. And 70 is twice older than 35.
