Mr Ramesh = 4*Son
R + 10 = 2(S + 10)
Replace R with 4S
4S + 10 = 2S + 20
Collect like terms
4S - 2S = 20 - 10
2S = 10
S = 5
Mr Ramesh's son is 5 years old.
