Let Cameron's current age be x years and his uncle's age be y years:
Given, y=3x............(1)
Before 4 years:
(y-4)=4(x-4)..........(2)
solving, (1) and (2)
3x-4=4x-16
x=12 years
Cameron is 12 years old
