m-5 = (1/4)(s-5)

Substitute for "m" and solve for "s"::
(1/3)s - 5 = (1/4)(s-5)
Multiply thru by 12 to get:
4s - 60 = 3s - 15
s = 45 (Suma's age now)
s+5 = 50 (Suma's age 5 years from now)
