Let Ken's age be x
Then Jim's age is x + 3
And Jill's age is 2*(x + 3) = 2*x + 6
Sum of ages = 
Simplifying  or 
So Ken's age is , Jim's age is  and
Jill is 
Check: Sum = 13 + 16 + 32 = 61. Correct!
