Let's take Priscilla's age as n and Jack's age as n + 9. Then, we'll equate it to the 163 years
n + n + 9 = 163
2n = 163 - 9
2n = 154
=
n = 77 years old
Priscilla = n
= 77 years old
Jack = n + 9
= 77 + 9 years old
= 86 years old
