No, the difference in their ages will
always be 2 years, but when Sean is 10,
Rachel will be 8

The only thing that is constant is the two years difference.
when rachel is 4 sean will be six
4/6=2/3 .66
when rachel is 6 sean will be 8
6/8=3/4 .75
when rachel is 8 sean will be 10
8/10=4/5 =.8
As they get older the ratio will be closer to 1/1 or 1.00 but of course will never be
