Mira�s mother is presently three times as old as Mira
Mother = 3*Mira
In 11 years� time her mother will be twice as old as Mira.
Mother + 11 = 2(Mira + 11)
Replace Mother with 3*Mira
3*Mira + 11 = 2(Mira + 11)
3*Mira + 11 = 2*Mira + 22
3Mira - 2Mira = 22 - 11
Mira = 11 years old.
