There is a young man from Mudgee whose age has the last digit three. The square of the first (digit) is his whole age reversed. How old must the young fellow be?

The only answer I got is 63 but the question states that it's a young man.
After reversing, _3 becomes 3_. The square of an unknown number which equals to 3_ is only 6. I didn't use any formula to solve it.
