Question 759435: Please help me solve this!
Kiera is three times as old as the building which she lives. In twenty years, she will be two times the age of her building. How old is Kiera now?
I've tried
Let x be the age of her building
Let 3x be the age of Kiera
Let 3x+20 be the age of Kiera in twenty years
Let 2x be the age of her building in 20 years
And equation: 3x+20=2(x)
Only one variable please! Thanks.
