If a boy is 5 years old, and his sister is 3 times his age. How old will the sister be when the boy is 12 years old ?

If the boy is 5 years old then the sister's age is:
5 * 3 = 15 years old
Therefore:
12 - 5 = 7
When the boy will be 12 years old the sister will be:
15 + 7 = 22 years old
