A mother’s age is five years greater than twice her son’s age as of the present. 

Fifteen years ago the mother’s age was six times her son’s age.

 y - 15 = 6(x-15)      ||| 

(2x+5) - 15 = 6x - 90

        80 = 4x

        20 = x, the  son's age NOW.  Mother is 45
