Four years ago, Jaybee's age is three times the age of his daughter Juliana's age

 Question states***In ten years... he will be twice her age

  y + 14 = 2(x + 14)    | 

 3x + 14 = 2x+ 28

      x = 14, Juliana's age 4 years ago.  Father was 42 then

NOW: Juliana is 18.  Father Jaybee is 46
