Gets more and more common every year. Ever since some blithering new age psycho-babble idiot decided that a person's self-esteem is the responsibility of someone other than that person so they quit holding kids back when they fail a grade, and quit rapping them on the knuckles with a ruler when they didn't turn in their homework.
