Let represent the sister's age now. Then is the older brother's age now. 10 years from now the sister will be and the brother will be , and at that time the sum will be 60, so:

Hi,

Luke is 4 years older than his sister's age

  In 10 years the sum of their ages will be 60 years. 

   (x+10) + [(x+4) + 10 = 60

      2x + 24 = 60

         2x = 36

          x = 18, the sister's age.  Luke is 22.
