Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
daughter =x
mother = x+20
in 7 years
daughter = x+7
mother = (x+20) + 7= x+27
x+27 = 2(x+7)
x+27=2x+14
2x-x=27-14
x=13 -- daughter's age
mother's age 13+20 = 33 years
