It could be (and most likely is) 125: 2nd number is (base of 1st number + 1)^same power (namely 3).
It could be 729: 2nd number is 3^(exponent of 2 in first number).
It could even be 6^6 = 46656: take 2's exponent in first number and raise it to itself.
It could be true fractions: 216
Collect them all.
