The answer probably won't make any realistic sense. We can probably assume that the grandfather is no more than 120 years old, which means that the grandson is no more than 120 days. If the grandson is 120 days old, then he is roughly four months old, which means that the father would be no older than about four years. Assuming the family members are all homo sapiens, does that make any sense?
