Using Marion,M, and Les,L, we have two equations:
M-4=2/3(L-4)
M=3/4L
--------------
3/4L-4=2/3L-8/3
9L-48=8L-32
9L-8L=16
L=16
M=12
Marion is 12. Les is 16.
