She told him that the final score was 43�0. Her brother told her that this couldn�t be the correct score. How did he know?
Please help I do not even know who to start this one and it is due on Sunday.

all the scoring was either 6 points or 3 points , both of which are divisible by 3

the reported total score is NOT divisible by 3 , and so it cannot be correct

FYI : a quick test for divisibility by 3 is
___ if the SUM of the digits of a number is divisible by 3 , then the number is divisible by 3
