let h=henry's age, d=daisi's
1) h/2+d/3=11
2) (h+6)+(d+6)=40 => h+d=28 => h=28-d
->1 : 14-d/2+d/3=14-d/6=11 => d/6=3 => d=18 years=daisi's age
henry's age h=28-18=10 years
