h + 7 = (s + 7)
Multiply both sides by 3
3(h+7) = 2(s + 7)
3h + 21 = 2s + 14
3h = 2s + 14 - 21
3h = 2s - 7
Replace s with 2h
3h = 2(2h) - 7
3h = 4h - 7
7 = 4h - 3h
h = 7 is Herman's present age
