f - 5 = 4(r-5)
f - 5 = 4r - 20
f = 4r - 20 + 5
f = 4r - 15
replace f with 3r
3r = 4r - 15
3r - 4r = -15
-r = -15
r = 15 yrs is R's age
then
3(15) = 45 yrs is Dad's age
