so let's assign j to Jorge(Spanish for George) and m for Maria.
two years from now means +2 j+2 but maria is m now
j+2=3*m
j+10=4m
subtract 1 from 2
8=maria now
3m=j+2
24=j+2
j=22 jorge now
check
j+10=4m
22+10=4*8
32=32
ok
