B=X
(X+12)+3=2(X+3)
X+15=2X+6
-X=6-15
-X=-9
X=9 AGE OF BOB NOW.
T=9+12=21 AGE OF TOM NOW.
PROOF:
21+3=2(9+3)
24=2*12
24=24
