Before spending any time writing equations, think about what you have been told. Then realize, that assuming both Silly and Stephan are alive, Silly will always be 16 years older that Stephen. Five years from now, 25 years from now, it doesn't matter. As long as they're both living, their age difference is 16.
So, 1966+16 = 1982.
