Lily is 34 years old. Bella is 23 years older than Lily.
Bella is 34+23 = 57 years old.

Steve is 51 years younger than Bella
Steve 57-51 = 6 years old

Steve is 3 years younger than Hayley, so Hayley is 3 years older than Steve.
Hayley is 6+3 = 9

Answer: 9 years old

This problem is not for making and solving equations. It is a joke Math problem for 2nd or 3rd grade young student to solve it mentally. The sequence of steps is Lily --> Bella --> Steve --> Hayley.

This problem is DESIGNED, INTENDED and EXPECTED to be solved as I instructed in my post
and as tutor @math_tutor2020 did in his post,
but not by any other way through unnecessary telescopic calculations and/or equations.

Note from description, Steve is three years younger than Haylay or that Hayley
is three years older than Steve.
