30, 36, 42, 48, 54, 60, 66

The multiples of 5 that are between 30 and 70 are:
30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70

We can see that 54 & 55 are from the first and second set respectively. These values are 1 unit apart.

If Chloe is 54 now (a multiple of 6), then next year she is 55 (a multiple of 5).

Four years from now she will be 54+4 = 58
