Vicki is eleven years older than Chuck.

 Let chuck's age NOW  be x  and Vicki's age NOW be (x+11)

Five years from now, Vicki will be twice as old as Chuck

Find present ages:

 (x+11 + 5) = 2(x+5)

  6 = x  chuck's age be NOW.  and Vicki is 17 NOW   

checking our work:

5 years from NOW ...

 22 = 2(11)  checks.
