Let x was the Connie age when she got married.


Then (at that time), Linda was x+15 years old AND  x = ,


From this equation,  3x = 2*(x+15),  or

  3x = 2x + 30

  3x - 2x = 30

   x      = 30.


ANSWER.  When Connie got married she was 30 years old.
