Leo  + Mandy  = 92     (1)

Leo  + Nancy  = 73     (2)

Mandy + Mancy = 57     (3)



Add equations (1), (2) and (3).  You will get


2*(Leo + Mandy + Nancy) = 92 + 73 + 57 = 222.


Hence,  


    Leo + Mandy + Nancy = 111     (4).


Now subtract equation (3) from equation (4).  You will get


    Leo = 111 - 57 = 54.


ANSWER.  Leo is 54 years old.
