There is not enough information to determine the age of any of them. The most we can do is determine Stanley's age 3 years ago in terms of m.

When we do that, the correct interpretation of Michael being 3 times OLDER THAN Fiona is that Michael's age is m+3m = 4m.

That makes Stanley's age 4m+19.

So Stanley's age 3 years ago was 4m+16.
