If Binu's age is x, then Manu's age is 6x.


The condition then says


6x + 15 = 3*(x+15).


Solve it:


6x + 15 = 3x + 45

6x - 3x = 45 - 15

3x = 30

x = 10.


Answer.  Binu is 10 years old.
