Question 1067699: In an average year about 650 different pitchers pitch to at least one batter in a major- league baseball game. How many would you expect to be left handed?
Answer by stuylin(8)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
there is a 1/2 chance of being left-handed and 1/2 chance of being right-handed, therefore 650 * (1/2) = 325 left-handed
if you make being ambidextrous another case, then 650 * (1/3) = around 217 left-handed.
