Ken + Jim   + Jill    = 61,

 K  + (K+3) + 2*(K+3) = 61,  --->

4K + 9 = 61,

4K = 61 - 9 = 52,

K =  = 13.

Answer. Ken is 13 years old. Jim is 16 years, Jill is 32 years.
