K+3 + Y+3 = 70

Substitute for "K" and solve for "Y"::
(Y+4)/3 + 3 + Y+3 = 70
----
Y+4 + 9 + 3Y + 9 = 210
4Y + 22 = 210
4Y = 188
Y = 47 yrs
