The same number of calendar days and weeks pass every 4 
years.  1988-1964 = 28.  28 years is an exact multiple of
4-year periods, and since 8-8 is exactly 1 week from 8-1,
you are exactly 28 years and 1 week older than your 
daughter.  So you will be twice as old as your daughter 
when she is 28 years and 1 week old.  That will be this 
year since 1988+28=2016.  Your daughter will be 28 years 
and 1 week, 1 week after her birtday this year.  That 
will be 8-15-2016.
