Make Ali 'x' years old.
Next person = 2x
The third person is x - 3
x + 2x + x - 3 = 125
Collect like terms:
4x = 128
x = 32
Ali is 32 years old
Next person is 64 years old and the third person is 29 years old.
32 + 64 + 29 = 125
