difference in volume of 500 grams weights made from the two types of metal.

When you know the mass and the density of the metal, using the formula:

Let V1, d1=4gr/cm^3 and m1=500gr, the volume,density and mass for the type1 metal
and V2, d2=5gr/cm^3 and m2=500gr, the volume,density,and mass for the type2 metal

side these two equalities we get:
