Find the minimum of function f(x) = (x+1)^3 - (x-1)^3
----------
f'(x) = 3(x+1)^2 - 3(x-1)^2
3(x+1)^2 - 3(x-1)^2 = 0
(x+1)^2 - (x-1)^2 = 0

4x = 0
Min at x = 0
f(0) = 2
Minimum at (0,2)
