Next you have to realise that you cannot divide fractions. However, we can multiply. So, if we turn the second fraction upside down and multiply, we get an answer.
This is OK to do, consider 10 x 2 --> 20.
Now consider 10 divided by 1/2... how many halfs go into 10? answer 20..so equivalent sum.
so we had (18/5) / (5/2)
--> we now have 18/5 * 2/5
which is 36/25
