Together, they can do 1%2F5+%2B+1%2F3 room in a day
1%2F3+%2B+1%2F5
5%2F15+%2B+3%2F15
8%2F15 room in a day
So if they can paint 8/15 per day, then

x+=+15%2F8 days
Just a little less than 2 days if they work together
