Rewrite each term with mx as its denominator:

Combine the fractions over the lcd:

= [x^3(mc^2+m-c)]/mx
= [x^2(mc^2+m-c]/m
= x^2[m(c^2-1)-c]/m
This might not be the final form you are looking for;
there are alot of options for a final form.
