If the price of a cell phone, 10 years ago, was 4 times (300%) higher
than it is now, can we say that the same cell phone is 300% cheaper
now?
-----------------
4 times higher is 400% higher, not 300%.
1 time higher is a 100% increase
2 times higher is a 200% increase
3 times higher is a 300% increase
etc
---
Nothing can be 300% cheaper. If it's 100% cheaper, the price is zero (0).
