Question 98726: How many ordered pairs (x,y) of
integers satisfy…
(1/X)+(1/Y)=(1/2)

Answer by Nate(3500)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1/x + 1/y = 1/2
xy/x + xy/y = xy/2
y - xy/2 + x = 0
y(1 - x/2) + x = 0
y(2 - x)/2 = -x
y = -2x/(2 - x)
Infinite ordered pairs ... excluding x = 2 and x = 0
