Let the side of square be x
Area of square = x^2
length of rectangle=x+4
Width of rectangle = x-3
Area of rectangle = (x+4)(x-3)
=x^2+x-12
Bothe areas are same
x^2+x-12 = x^2
x-12=0
x= 12 the side of square
Area = 144 square m
(x+4)(x-3)
(12+4)(12-3)
16*9
=144 sqm
