Question 6493: can you give me the seven group of number system of algebra and describe it one by 0ne
Answer by longjonsilver(2297)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
not too sure what you mean, but i am assuming you mean the following:
1. Naturals - the "counting" numbers 1,2,3,4,... Sometimes 0 is included.
2. Integers - all whole numbers, positive and negative and zero.
3. Rationals - any number that can be written as a fraction a/b (where a and b are integers and b is not zero).
4. Irrationals - any number that cannot be written as a fraction a/b eg . Note and e are irrational but are also transcendental
5. Reals - All Rational and Irrational numbers
6. Complex numbers - All numbers that have an imaginary part to them.

7. Transcendental numbers - All none algebraic numbers.

An algebraic number is one that is the solution of an equation of the form + ... + .

and e are both transcendental, since no algebraic equation of this form has them as the solution.

Hope this is what you wanted and that it is clear.

jon.
